It is constant that while we were working on some things we tend to get hungry and the foods that we run up to are the instant foods which is not good for our body.
In our busy lives today we prefer the "INSTANTS" not realizing the harm it can bring. Now I realize that because I've been doing my weight lose project for myself and been thinking that I still want to see my grand children to be someday.
In order for that happen, I must and should work hard for it. For the last 7 years, I am not into working out but into eating without burning the calories I intake. I spent almost 12 to 24 hours a day sitting in front of my computer (Not a healthy thing to do as well). Tried taking weight lose pills e.g Bangkok Pills, Weight Lose Tea, Not eating for almost 2 months and to no effect.
Steroids is the another ingredients that causes my body to gain weight. How I wish to be my old self again.
Anyway, I will get back with you guys and see in a couple of weeks any improvements I can find with this Weight Management Project I am doing...
